Clayton AAUW Meeting – 11/22/09

I was invited to speak about how I began my writing career at the AAUW Clayton Chapter meeting held at Diamond Terrace in Clayton.  I was part of a panel with three other female entrepreneurs; two business owners and an attorney who volunteers at Contra Costa County Senior Services.  All of them had interesting stories to tell.    

There were about 25 women in attendance (and one brave man), and all had interesting questions for the panel.  It was a fun, interactive experience, plus I sold seven books!
