Clayton Books has my books and my review from the Clayton Pioneer on the rounder right up front!  The initial feedback I’ve received from readers is just what I’d hoped for — “I stayed up until 1:00 a.m. two nights in a row to finish it,” “I couldn’t put it down,” “I couldn’t wait to see what happened next.” My head is still spinning from the love and support I received last night. About sixty old friends, new friends, critique buddies, and gym members attended my book launch party. My wonderful husband took me to the House Without a Key last night to watch the former Miss Hawaii dance and to have dinner. I’m off to Honolulu next week to teach a certification class on “How to Conduct an Internal Investigation,” wearing my Human Resources hat. Effective today, you can download Husbands May Come and Go but Friends are Forever, from Amazon’s Kindle Store for $9.99. Received first shipment of books; copies for book reveiwers, pre-orders, etc. Will hand deliver a copy to Eileen Williams of FeistySideofFifty radio tomorrow to prepare for our interview on September 25th. Well, not real-live husbands; my book Husbands May Come and Go but Friends are Forever. It showed up early on Amazon. I’m in countdown mode now. Only a few more days and my book will be on Amazon. The kindle conversion is in the works, too. |
