If you have the newest version of Kindle, you can even send books wirelessly to your ereader. How cool is that?  Did you know that there are millions of free books available that you can read on your computer, smartphone, tablet or whatever? Now, you can add HTML code to your Facebook Fan Page, which will help you share content and incite comments. Everyone who has a website wants to know how to drive traffic to their site. I’ll admit I enjoy a good dose of Bill Dance’s fishing foul-ups now and then. We authors know the importance of having a website as part of our marketing platform. But have you ever thought about the searchability of your domain name? Attention Writers! Once you have your website, blog, published book, article, etc., don’t forget to set up Google Alerts to receive email updates on your selected topics each day. Social networking takes a lot of time. Who wants to follow people who haven’t tweeted in months? |
